Jessica actively practices law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her experience includes representing individuals and companies in workers’ compensation claims, motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall cases, real estate conveyancing and receivership actions. Jessica has successfully represented clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, New Hampshire Supreme Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Jessica is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association.
Immediately prior to becoming a partner at Cornetta Babine LLC, Jessica served for three years as lead New Hampshire counsel at a national law firm’s Boston office, focusing on commercial litigation. Jessica also worked as an attorney at a local Massachusetts firm specializing in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, where she served as a faculty member at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) Workers Compensation Annual Conference in 2011 and 2012.
